Demand Planner

Vertical Advantage are working with a fast-growing international food business to recruit a talented Demand Planner to join their high-performing supply chain team.

This role is perfect for someone who loves data-driven decision-making and wants to make a real impact in a dynamic, growth-focused environment. You'll take ownership of forecasting, drive S&OP improvements, and collaborate closely with commercial, logistics, and operations teams to keep product flow seamless across markets.

What you'll do:

  • Build and manage accurate demand forecasts using sales and market insights
  • Lead in S&OP meetings
  • Partner cross-functionally to align supply and demand plans
  • Optimise stock levels and identify opportunities to improve processes
  • Support strategic growth through proactive analysis and planning

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience in demand planning (FMCG preferred)
  • Strong analytical and Excel/ERP skills (Power BI a plus)
  • A collaborative, proactive approach and attention to detail
  • Strong communicator, with the ability to influence
