London, Greater London, United Kingdom WorkNest Full time £60,000 - £70,000 per year

If you are a strategic and delivery focused CRM Enablement Lead who can unify our Salesforce approach and drive adoption across the organisation, we'd love to hear from you.
Why join us
The WorkNest Group, part of Axiom GRC, is a rapidly growing provider of Employment Law, HR, Compliance, Health and Safety, Cyber, ISO, and Information Security services, supporting over 40,000 organisations worldwide. As we invest in Salesforce CRM, including migrating acquired business units off legacy systems and aligning a common client journey, we are seeking a highly experienced CRM Enablement Lead. This role requires proven Sales Operations expertise, deep CRM strategy knowledge, and the gravitas to influence senior leaders, evaluate diverse CRM approaches across multiple business units, and design a unified approach that drives efficiency, alignment, and growth. You will not only coordinate across teams but lead on decision making, acting as both a strategic thinker and a hands-on doer. In this role, you will embed best in class processes, develop standardised Salesforce workflows, reporting, and KPIs, and ensure long term adoption across the business.

What We Offer

  • 3-month interim role
  • Salary: £60,000 -£70,000 pro rata per annum (DOE)
  • Fully remote with a requirement to travel

What We're Looking For
You will be an experienced Sales Operations professional, leading CRM enablement across multiple business units, with proven expertise in CRM strategy, Salesforce optimisation, and the gravitas to influence senior leaders.

This role will assess current Salesforce design principles and the client journey to identify gaps and improvement opportunities, define a target operating model, and develop standardised reporting, KPIs, and a Salesforce process playbook to ensure long term adoption. Acting as the central point of contact for business units, you will consolidate feedback, liaise with IT development teams, ensure quality delivery through testing and showcases, and oversee post implementation alignment. You will drive engagement with sales leaders and teams, embed consistent workflows and governance, and establish BAU processes to maintain efficiency and prevent process drift. The role also involves ensuring continued cross team alignment, supporting unified reporting, and advising on Salesforce innovations to maximise business impact.

About You
The ideal candidate will have proven experience standardising multiple CRM implementations across diverse business units, with strong Salesforce, sales reporting, and CRM optimisation expertise. They will bring a commercial mindset, with a track record of accelerating sales results through improved processes, metrics, or organisational change, and the gravitas to influence senior stakeholders. Experience in designing reporting structures, KPIs, target operating models, and embedding BAU governance for Sales or Revenue Operations is essential. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are required. Candidates who have worked with integrated or international sales teams, and who are strategic, hands on, collaborative, and passionate about CRM and sales enablement, will excel in this role.
