THE ROLE:

This role will work across departments such as Quality, New Product Development and Supply Chain. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage customer online product and specification portals
  • Ensure the quality management system and quality-related processes are maintained to full integrity
  • Support the Quality and Technical functions from new product development through to despatched finished product
  • Maintain the specification system both internally and within customer portals
  • Maintain the customer complaints database for all customers
  • Ensure quality management system documentation is reviewed and updated
  • Distribute all quality control documents to the QAs
  • Work with Supply Chain in the coordination of plant health inspections and certificates
  • Conduct monthly audits in line with the quality management system
  • Manage datalogger programming and downloads
  • Assist with artwork approval process internally and via customer portals
  • Provide practical training sessions for QAs including label verification, positive release and internal auditing
  • Work with Senior QA to ensure rota management
  • Work with Supply Chain and QA to ensure bulb health checks are conducted, recorded and reported
  • Assist in the inspection and reporting of all live products to maintain quality system and standards
