Development / Asset Management Director – Industrial & Logistics – Manchester

We are seeking an ambitious, commercial and entrepreneurial Director to join our Manchester office, working across asset management, development and investment. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in the industrial and logistics sector, be highly numerate and professional, and bring a strong network of industry contacts.

The role will include:

  • Sourcing and executing new investment and development opportunities
  • Proactive asset management of existing assets, including lettings, rent reviews and lease negotiations
  • Building and maintaining relationships with tenants, consultants and clients
  • Working collaboratively to maximise asset performance and returns

Candidate requirements:

  • Strong understanding of the industrial and logistics sector
  • Full UK driving licence (site inspections across the UK)
  • RICS accreditation preferred but not essential
