Regional Membership Manager
to join the Made in Yorkshire (MIY) team and play a key role in our launch of
Made in the North West
.
This is a
full-cycle B2B sales and account management role
. You'll be responsible for growing our membership base, onboarding new members, and ensuring they get long-term value from their membership. Working closely with manufacturing leaders - CEOs, MDs, and senior decision-makers - you'll build trusted relationships and help companies raise their profile, connect with peers, and champion British industry.
If you're a driven relationship-builder who thrives in a consultative sales environment, this role offers the chance to make a real impact in not only local industry but also the wider UK Manufacturing sector, while developing your career.
Responsibilities
- Grow membership
: Prospect, pitch, and convert manufacturing companies into members across Yorkshire and the North West. - Consultative meetings
: Meet with business leaders in person and online, listening to their needs and showing how we add value. - Close & onboard
: Manage the sales cycle efficiently, then ensure new members activate their profile and start engaging. - Drive engagement
: Encourage members to share updates, join events, and maximise their ROI from membership. - Represent the network
: Host and attend regional events, factory tours, and networking sessions. - Generate referrals
: Turn satisfied members into advocates who introduce new companies. - Collaborate
: Work with marketing, events, and customer success to deliver a seamless experience. - Manage pipeline & data
: Keep CRM records accurate for clear reporting and forecasting.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven
B2B sales or account management experience
, ideally with memberships, professional services, or intangibles. - A natural
relationship-builder
, confident engaging with senior leaders. - Self-starter
