As a Retrofit Assessor at Bloxt Ltd, you will conduct day-to-day assessments of homes, evaluating insulation, heating systems, and other energy efficiency measures. You will provide detailed reports and recommendations to support retrofit works, ensuring projects meet compliance and quality standards.

You will be fully supported with a company van for travel to client sites and equipment needed to perform your assessments effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site home assessments to evaluate energy efficiency and retrofit requirements
  • Prepare accurate and detailed retrofit reports in line with PAS 2035
  • Liaise with homeowners, tenants, and project teams professionally and clearly
  • Record assessment findings and recommendations accurately in the company CRM
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and company policies
  • Support installation teams with technical guidance where required

Requirements

  • Proven experience in retrofit assessment, energy surveying, or related roles
  • Strong understanding of PAS 2035 and whole-house retrofit principles
  • Excellent attention to detail and report-writing skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Confident working independently and with homeowners on site
  • Positive, professional attitude and willingness to travel
