Assistant Contracts Manager – Sidcup
We are seeking an Assistant Contracts Manager to join our team in Sidcup. The ideal candidate will have previous construction industry experience and a strong ability to support the effective delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Contracts Managers with programming and coordinating works.
- Attend site pre-planning and pre-commencement meetings.
- Attend meetings with sub-contractors and suppliers as required.
- Manage plant, labour, and materials to support project delivery.
- Prepare, review, and update documents using Excel and Word.
- Draft professional emails and communicate confidently across all levels.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the construction sector.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £33,800.00 per year
