About the role.

We are looking for a Director of Product to lead product innovation and strategy across StreamAMG's suite of streaming and OTT products.

This is a senior leadership role at the heart of our business, combining strategic vision with hands-on delivery. As part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), you'll help shape company-wide strategy and product direction to deliver products that set new standards in performance and fan experience.

You'll define and execute a product roadmap that drives reach, revenue, and engagement, shaping the next generation of sports streaming experiences.

This is your chance to lead a product transformation at scale - reimagining how fans experience live sport. You'll have real ownership, the autonomy to make bold decisions, and a team ready to deliver at pace.

You'll be working with some of the biggest names in sport, supported by talented engineers, designers, and partners.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, offering the opportunity to lead significant product transformation during a pivotal period for StreamAMG.

How you'll make an impact.

• Lead StreamAMG's product strategy and execution across streaming, monetisation, and fan engagement.
• Identify new market opportunities and bring ideas to life quickly.
• Build high-performing product teams and champion agile, data-driven delivery.
• Partner with Engineering and Solutions Architecture to deliver scalable, composable products.
• Collaborate with sports rights holders, broadcast partners, and technology vendors to deliver seamless, industry-leading streaming experiences.
• Use data and insight to shape decisions and track performance.
• Represent StreamAMG at industry events and contribute to thought leadership.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for reach, revenue, engagement, and innovation to measure success and inform future decisions.

Who you are.

You're an experienced product leader who combines strategic vision with hands-on delivery. You understand streaming, sport, and what it takes to create world-class digital products.

You'll bring:

• Proven success leading product teams in OTT, streaming, or digital platforms.
• Experience building and launching products that grow audience, revenue, and engagement.
• Strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making.
• The ability to inspire teams and influence at executive level.
• Curiosity, creativity, and a bias for action.

Desirable:

• Familiarity with MACH architectures, SaaS models, and AI/ML applications in media.
