Senior Lecturer in Mental Health Nursing

This is an exciting and influential position in which the individual will play a key leadership in role in enabling co-creation with our student communities and academic teams to cultivate a strong sense of identity and belonging for our students. As a Senior Lecturer In Mental Health Nursing, the individual will help to further develop the regional, national, and international profile of mental health nursing at the University of Salford.
**Key responsibilities will include**:
- To liaise with Programme Leaders, Heads of Subject, Assistant Directors, Directors, and Associate Deans in matters relating to student progression and attainment
- To support in the development of excellence in learning and teaching
- To work with the Associate Dean Academic Student Experience and Directorate team to develop actions to address NSS, attrition and employability
- To assist on the review of module feedback and any actions required
- To support the completion of student surveys
- To support the ongoing development of the “student voice” group
- To help promote equality, diversity and inclusivity for student
- Current NMC registration as a mental health nurse
- Post Graduate Certificate in Academic Practice (or equivalent)
