We have remodelled our Senior Management Team to increase organisational capacity and to drive transformational change to meet the current and future services challenges. We are now seeking a new Director to help us achieve our ambitions.

As the Director - Frontline Services you'll be responsible for developing a new directorate covering a wide range of services including Recycling and Neighbourhood Services; Parks Services; Cardiff Harbour Authority; Highways Assets & Maintenance; Civil Parking Enforcement, and Bereavement & Registration Services.

We are seeking individuals who are experienced in delivering a range of frontline services including waste and highways management and able to lead strategic and transformational change in public service delivery, which ensures the effective and efficient implementation of the Council's strategic choices and achieves continually improving outcomes in the lives of people within Cardiff.

As members of the Council's Senior Management Team, you will play an integral strategic role in leading highly effective service delivery, reshaping the Council and driving performance to ensure continued focus on improvement. As well as the delivery of the administration's Stronger, Fairer, Greener commitments and the Council's Corporate Plan.
