What You'll Be Doing

As the Kitchen Porter, you'll be the backbone of our kitchen, making sure that it runs smoothly and stays spotless behind the scenes. You'll work closely with the Kitchen Manager and the rest of the crew to keep things organized, efficient, and ready for service.

Helping with Deliveries and Restocking – Keep our supplies flowing and ensure that the kitchen is ready for every service.

Maintain High Cleaning Standards – From surfaces to floors, make sure that everything sparkles.

Dishwashing & Equipment Care – Ensure crockery, cutlery and kitchen tools are spotless and ready for guests.

Stock Rotation – Help with organization and make sure nothing goes to waste.

Cleaning Stations – Keep prep areas and equipment clean, safe and running smoothly.

Food Safety & Hygiene – Support the team in maintaining kitchen and food safety standards that meet our high Bonnie Rogues expectations.

Who You Are

You're reliable, hardworking, and take pride in doing things properly. You are the kind of person who spots what needs doing and gets stuck in.

Essential Training (or a willingness to obtain)

· Level 1 & 2 Food Safety Award

· Awareness of manual handling techniques

· Understanding of COSHH and chemical safety

· Experience using kitchen equipment (including sharp knives)

· Competent level of spoken and written English
