We're looking for a part-time Sales lead (15-20h/week)

Mission

Generate qualified leads and convert them into booked calls, signed agreements, and paid enrollments for the manager's capital, exit advisory, and program offers. Focus on speed, consistency, and strong follow-through.

Success looks like:

  • Steady outbound and follow-ups across WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and email — all logged in CRM.
  • Manager's calendar consistently filled with qualified intro and decision calls.
  • Active pipeline in Notion with accurate notes, next steps, and follow-ups.
  • Proposals sent promptly, with clear closing timelines and conversions achieved.

Core responsibilities:

1. Prospecting & List Building

  • Build and maintain lead lists (investors, buyers, program candidates) via LinkedIn and warm network research.
  • Tag and enrich leads in Airtable/Folk.

2. Outreach & Appointment Setting

  • Run daily multi-channel sequences (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email).
  • Book and confirm qualified calls, manage reminders, and prep short call briefs.

3. Pipeline Management

  • Keep Folk/Airtable/Notion updated with notes and next actions.
  • Move leads through stages and prepare light proposals and recap emails.

4. Conversion Support

  • Follow up on proposals with time-bound offers.
  • Collect testimonials and references to support decisions.
  • Coordinate small group calls or office hours to drive conversions.

5. Partner & Referral Tracking

  • Log partner introductions and outcomes; maintain a simple referral record.

Requirements

  • Strong communicator with experience in B2B outreach or appointment setting.
  • CRM discipline — accurate notes, tasks, and next steps.
  • Confident with LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Gmail outreach.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working remotely.
  • At least 2–4 hours overlap with UK/Europe.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in capital raising, investor relations, or high-ticket program sales.
  • Familiarity with UK/Singapore markets.
