Summary

We are looking for an experienced Removal Sales Estimator to work alongside with our sales team. You will be provided with scheduled surveys with potential customers and your job to carry out surveys, liaise with them with what they require, supply quotation and keep in contact with customer.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site and virtual pre-move surveys and provide accurate estimates for a range of moving services provided by the business.
  • Inspect customers premises and assess quantities for removal.
  • Use Moveman to generate precise job scopes and quotations.
  • Manage incoming customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Work closely with the operations team to uphold service quality and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build strong, long-term partnerships by promoting the company's full range of services.
  • Develop and grow sales across domestic, commercial, international, and corporate removal services.
  • Maintain and nurture existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted marketing efforts.
  • Support the development and implementation of sales strategies to help achieve growth objectives.

About You

  • Previous experience in removals sales and surveying is essential.
  • Confident in negotiation, persuasion, and client communication.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and literacy abilities.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Google Workspace.
  • A relevant education is advantageous but not essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £28k - £33k (per annum)
