Fund Accountant, up to £70k, Central London and Hybrid

One of the leading Private Equity firms who primarily invest in tech businesses, is looking to grow their fund finance team and hire a fund accountant.

This is a varied role providing exposure to several key workstreams and a great opportunity to develop a broad skill set, with responsibility for a range of internal management and external financial reporting functions and involvement in the day-to-day operations of the business. The role is highly commercial and involves lots of interaction with the deal teams, senior internal management, and numerous external stakeholders.

The company are offering up to £60,000 - £70,000 + great bonus' + brilliant benefits package to the successful candidate.

Your Role

  • Preparing the quarterly management accounts for the allocation of the company's funds
  • Preparing the annual statutory fund accounts
  • Will be supporting the deal teams with Investment transactions
  • Preparing the quarterly investment valuations
  • Working closely with the Treasury team

Your Skills & Qualifications:

  • Be a qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA Qualified)
  • Accounts Preparation experience is needed
  • Have 1 -2 years of Fund Accounting experience would be desirable
  • Experience with private debt valuations is desirable
  • Have strong knowledge of Excel
