Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Agile Program Director
with strong expertise in
.NET Core

Azure

AI/ML integration
to lead cross-functional technology teams. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end program delivery, ensuring technical excellence, stakeholder satisfaction, and business value alignment.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Program Leadership

  • Lead and manage cross-functional
    Agile teams
    across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Facilitate
    Agile ceremonies
    including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
  • Align deliverables with business objectives, managing
    product backlogs
    and
    sprint goals
    .
  • Champion
    Agile methodologies
    , ensuring continuous delivery and improvement.

Technical Delivery Oversight

  • Oversee
    design, development, and deployment
    of scalable enterprise applications using
    .NET Core
    ,
    C#
    ,
    ASP.NET
    ,
    Angular/React
    ,
    SQL Server
    , and
    Azure
    .
  • Integrate
    AI/ML models
    into .NET-based applications, collaborating closely with data scientists and ML engineers.
  • Drive
    DevOps adoption

    implementation, and
    cloud-native architecture
    best practices.

Stakeholder & Client Engagement

  • Serve as the
    primary contact
    for UK-based clients, ensuring transparency and alignment on goals and timelines.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable technical deliverables.
  • Ensure
    stakeholder satisfaction
    through proactive communication and governance.

Governance & Quality Assurance

  • Monitor
    project KPIs
    , manage risks, and ensure compliance with
    data privacy

    standards.
  • Implement
    quality assurance
    processes including automated testing, code reviews, and performance monitoring.
