Inside Sales Representative

This highly motivated and organised individual will be reporting to the Regional Business Development Manager. This role requires proven Inside Sales experience with a focus on developing new business contacts and the ability to work in a structured way to exceed sales targets.
The candidate will need to enjoy developing new contacts utilising a combination of excellent telephone, written and oral communication skills. Some knowledge of the Enterprise Data Storage market and related technologies would be preferred, where this understanding would support the ability to deliver product related presentation on PowerPoint to customers.
An engaging individual with a keen interest in Technology products and the benefits they offer to business is essential. Depending on the individuals' level of ambition following proven success in this role, there is a realistic opportunity to rapidly develop into a Business Development Manager, offering a significant fast track for personal development, travel and ownership of a sales region.
The individual must be able to utilise software tools such as CRM and Excel to track opportunities, develop quotes, report progress on sales pipeline and use this information to progress to a sales order. There will be a need for tenacity to secure access to the right contacts and flexibility to be able to position our offerings in the context of individual customers.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Developing new opportunities based on a defined set of customers with region
• Making sales calls and following up with clients to progress sales leads
• Developing reseller partner network in a defined region
• Building on-going relationships with new customers
• Identify new accounts using a range of web-based tools
• Developing and analysing data to determine how to better accommodate new and existing customers
• Developing product proposals based on customer input and creating customer quotes
• Develop ability to present our offerings and services to customers via on-line and voice media.
• Optimise presentation and proposals of Infortrend offerings to meet customer requirements
• Fully utilise CRM to ensure customer and opportunity details are current as well as correct
• Support with customer general enquiries
• Curate list of developing account base to and manage e-communications such e-mails, Webinar.
• Regular re-posts - access to European Twitter and LinkedIn accounts.
• In charge of collecting expiring support services to offer renewals before the expiring date
• Provide customer overview in use on customer portal
• Maintain and develop Offering portfolio knowledge to ensure best proposition are presented to customers
• Work with Internal team to ensure optimal quality of customer satisfaction achieved in all customer interactions

• Excellent written and oral communication in English.
• Ability to use MS 365 (Excel, Office suite etc) /email/CRM systems
