We are looking for a passionate and experienced Assistant Nursery Manager to help lead our exceptional Nursery team. Could that be you?

As our Deputy Nursery Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our Nursery. You will help create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment where children can learn, play, and grow. Working with children aged 6 months – 4 years, you will foster their social, emotional, and cognitive development through engaging activities, interactive play, and thoughtful guidance.

Working Pattern: Full Time, Mon – Fri, All Year

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Start Date: Immediate Start Available

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Nursery Manager with the daily running of the Nursery
  • Promoting and maintaining a safe, caring, and stimulating educational environment
  • Supervising and developing Nursery staff
  • Assisting with staff training, appraisals, and mentoring

What you will need:

  • Minimum Level 3 Early Years Childcare qualification
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and regulations
  • Confidence in leading, supporting, and inspiring a team
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
