The Role

We're looking for an experienced and inspiring Nursery Manager to lead our dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven leadership in early years to shape the next phase of our nursery's success — driving quality, occupancy growth, and staff development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of early years professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with EYFS, safeguarding, health & safety, and Ofsted requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with parents and the local community.
  • Drive occupancy and parent satisfaction through excellent service and creative initiatives.
  • Manage budgets, rotas, and nursery operations effectively.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive culture where children thrive.

About You

  • Experienced Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager ready to step up.
  • Strong understanding of EYFS, safeguarding, and SEND.
  • Proven track record in staff leadership and development.
  • Excellent communicator with parents and external partners.
  • Commercially aware, able to balance quality with occupancy and budgeting.
  • Passionate about giving children the best possible start.
