Are you an enthusiastic, passionate, talented Head Chef, looking for a new challenge?

We are an award-winning boutique hotel, situated along the Jurassic Coast, overlooking Lyme Bay and the famous Cobb harbour. Our menus from breakfast through to dinner use seasonal and local produce and imagination, whether it's a light lunch on the terrace, afternoon tea or dinner in the Orangery.

As Head Chef your role will include:

Hands on training and support to the kitchen team

Menu planning and implementing new menu ideas

Overseeing the smooth operations within the kitchen

Ensuring a high standard of cleanliness at all times and ensuing health and safety procedures and documents are current and in order

Ensuring all financial requirements are met such as stock takes etc
