We are a professional UK-based education consultancy, specialising in study abroad, junior study abroad, and study tour programs. We work with top schools and universities worldwide to help students achieve their international education goals.

We are now expanding our marketing team and looking for a results-driven Marketing Officer who combines creative marketing skills with a strong commercial mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Campaigns

Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies (digital, social media, events, partnerships) to attract students and parents.

Design, implement, and monitor targeted campaigns for different age groups (junior, high school, undergraduate, postgraduate).

Manage marketing budgets efficiently and ensure strong ROI.

Digital Marketing & Content Creation

Create engaging content in both English and Mandarin for social media (WeChat, Little Red Book, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).

Optimize company website and landing pages for SEO and conversion performance.

Run paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and monitor analytics.

Lead Generation & Student Recruitment

Generate and nurture qualified leads through marketing activities.

Collaborate with counselling teams to convert leads into successful student enrollments.

Support school visits, open days, and education fairs in the UK and abroad.

Brand Development & Partnership Management

Strengthen brand presence in Chinese-speaking markets and local UK communities.

Build and maintain relationships with UK institutions, overseas partners, and influencers.

Coordinate PR campaigns, testimonials, and student success stories.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and conversion targets.

Deliver measurable ROI on digital marketing spend (CPL, CPA).

Increase brand engagement and follower growth across social platforms.

Contribute to a minimum X% annual increase in student enrollments (target defined by management).

Maintain high quality of leads and student satisfaction feedback.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Study experience in the UK, USA, Australia, or Canada (required or strongly preferred).

Minimum 1–2 years' marketing or education consultancy experience.

Proven track record of achieving marketing and recruitment targets.

Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written).

Familiarity with Chinese digital platforms (WeChat, Weibo, Xiaohongshu) and Western marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads).

Excellent copywriting, communication, and presentation skills.
