Electrical Construction Manager – Relocation to Europe

Location: Various European project sites

Contract: Full-time

Shift Pattern: 10 days on / 4 days off

Package: Relocation support + visa sponsorship (if required)

We are seeking experienced Electrical Construction Managers to join major hyperscale commercial projects across Europe. Key Requirements

  • 5+ years in an electrical management role
  • 2+ years on commercial hyperscale projects (ideally data centres)
  • Comfortable working overseas on a 10/4 rotation
  • Able to perform in high-pressure environments and manage long hours when required
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Willingness to relocate (full relocation package provided)
  • Visa support is offered where necessary
  • SMSTS AND NVQ6 Preferable

Role Responsibilities

  • Overseeing electrical construction activities across large-scale sites
  • Managing on-site teams to ensure project milestones and safety standards are met
  • Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and cross-discipline project teams
  • Monitoring quality, compliance, and delivery timelines
  • Reporting progress and resolving issues efficiently
  • Ensuring all electrical works meet required regulations and project specifications
