We are looking for a Customer Qualification Executive to join our growing and dynamic team, at our Clacton-On- Sea site.
Who are we?
CB Heating Ltd part of the EDF group and is one of the most respected names within the renewables sector. We are an established heat pump business with over 20 years of experience and significant revenue growth over the past 2 years, hence we require new roles to support future expansion plans on a national scale following our partnership with EDF- one of the UK's largest energy suppliers.

About the role:
- Job title: Customer Qualification Executive
- Employment type: Full time, Permanent
- Working hours: 40 h/ w Shift flexibility will be required between Monday–Friday, 9:00am–7:00pm, and occasional Saturday mornings (9:00am–1:00pm) on a rota basis.
- Salary band: £25.5 k/annum + commission structure
You will be conveying to homeowners the benefits of future proofing their homes, with an Air Source Heat Pump as part of the government's plan to move the UK away from fossil fuels and become less reliant on gas. Knowledge of heat pumps is a benefit, but not essential as full training will be given as well as ongoing support and development.

Key responsibilities will include:
- As part of the sales team, you will be required to pre-qualify leads which come into CB Heating and book appointments for a sales consultant to speak with the customer
- You will have excellent customer service skills and be the first point of contact in our customers' sales journey
- You will have basic technical knowledge and ensure the customer has an excellent experience leading to purchasing a heat pump from CB Heating
- You will occasionally be required to complete the full sales journey with customers, ensuring that all elements of quality and compliance are met
- Achieve and exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators
- Upholding the company's core values and encourage a team culture
- You may be required to pick up other activities within the sales team to assist the team in meeting our overall sales target, which may include calling customers with extended lead times, checking in with existing customers to discuss the progress of their project, and assisting the team with pipeline management
