Platinum Facilities Maintenance Services are a leading provider of building maintenance and engineering solutions across London and the South East. We deliver high-quality, sustainable maintenance services to some of the UK's most prestigious properties and estates.

We are now seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our on-site team at a landmark office building in the heart of Hammersmith.

About the Building:

This building is located in the centre of Hammersmith, easily accessed via nearby underground stations . The building features a large, bright reception area with plans underway to enhance amenities further with a new café and breakout spaces.

This modern office complex is fully leased to a diverse range of tenants, offering flexible floor plates of 16,250 sq. ft. with excellent natural light and panoramic views across central and west London.

Working Hours:

07:00am-16:00pm & 08:00am - 17:00pm

The Role:

As the on-site Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of all electrical systems within the building. Your primary duties will include:

  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across all electrical systems and plant equipment.
  • Fault finding, diagnostics, and repair of electrical installations and controls.
  • Supporting mechanical colleagues and working collaboratively with the wider site team to deliver a first-class maintenance service.
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety, statutory, and company procedures.
  • Assisting in project work, upgrades, and energy efficiency initiatives as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Level 3 Electrical C&G/NVQ or equivalent – Essential.
  • 3-5 years FM/Building services experience - Essential.
  • Experience in document control, reporting, logs etc.
  • Client interaction / client facing experience/skills.
  • Excellent communication, verbally and written.
