Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Process Worker to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of food production processes, adhering to strict safety and quality standards. Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor food production machinery in accordance with company procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP standards and food safety regulations at all times.
  • Assist in the preparation, processing, and packaging of food products, maintaining high hygiene standards.
  • Conduct routine inspections of equipment to identify potential mechanical issues and report faults promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of production quantities, batch numbers, and quality checks using basic maths skills.
  • Follow detailed work instructions to ensure consistency and quality in all products produced.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on process efficiencies or safety concerns.
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas, adhering to sanitation protocols throughout shifts.

Experience

  • Previous experience in food production or manufacturing environments is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
  • Knowledge of HACCP principles and food safety standards is advantageous.
  • Mechanical knowledge or experience working with machinery will be considered a plus.
  • Basic mathematical skills for measuring ingredients, calculating quantities, and recording data accurately.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team within a busy production setting.
