We're partnering with a leading global professional services organisation, seeking a results-driven, tenacious individual with exceptional communication skills and a passion for sales to join their Global Business Development team in London.

You will be responsible for generating new business from new and prospective clients, whilst retaining existing business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business from both inbound and outbound opportunities
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Research, pitch, and close new business opportunities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within the company CRM
  • Collaborate effectively across departments and global markets

Skills and Responsibilities

  • Proven experience generating new business via cold-calling and other outbound methods
  • Strong track record of managing a B2B sales cycle from prospect to close
  • Excellent presentation, pitching, and negotiation skills
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment

Location: London (hybrid working)

Salary: £35-40k base, £60k OTE
