Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Birmingham for a Compliance Administrator. The Compliance Administrator will handle the preparation and maintenance of documentation to ensure adherence to legal and industry regulations, create and update compliance reports, and support audits and inspections. The role will also involve coordinating with teams to ensure regulatory requirements are met and assisting with implementing compliance policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in Regulatory Compliance and legal requirements
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication for collaborating with teams and stakeholders
- Analytical Skills to identify compliance risks and develop solutions
- Understanding of Finance processes as they relate to compliance and operational management
- Detail-oriented and organized approach to handling compliance documentation
- Familiarity with industry-specific approvals like NERS, CHAS, or similar certifications is an advantage
- Quantifications in Business Administration, Compliance Management, or a related field preferred
