Hotel Revenue Manager

Duties
Minimum 1 year of proven experience in hotel revenue management.
Strong background in marketing within the hospitality sector.
Hands-on experience with MEWS booking system and SiteMinder. (This is a must)
Demonstrated ability in rates management and reservations oversight.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and historical data to inform revenue strategies
- Develop and implement pricing strategies that optimise room revenue and occupancy levels
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and front office teams to align revenue goals with overall business objectives
- Monitor daily revenue performance and adjust tactics accordingly
- Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes related to revenue management
- Supervise a team of revenue analysts and support staff, providing guidance and leadership
- Manage reservations systems and distribution channels to ensure optimal availability and rate integrity
- Establish and maintain relationships with external partners such as online travel agents (OTAs) and corporate clients
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements
Skills
- Proven experience in hotel revenue management or a related role within the hospitality sector
- Strong leadership skills with prior supervising experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in revenue management software and MS Office suite
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication across diverse markets
- Deep understanding of guest services, hospitality operations, and human resources principles
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Effective communicator with leadership qualities that inspire team performance and collaboration
