What Would You Do As Our Business Development Manager
As our BDM you will drive and develop sales within the key target areas of the region. A key part of the role will involve liaising with customers on their requirements and taking calls for industrial door works which will involve collaborating with sales estimators on pricing and supplies on externally sourced products. In this role you will be able to demonstrate your success in securing orders for new business with ender users and builders as well as maintaining a strong relationship with existing customers.

You would also:

• Undertake pre-site inspections for new well as site surveys for new and replacement industrial doors.
• Translate site findings onto sketches / surveys to aid quotations, drawing production and timescales for repairs and replacements
• Demonstrate a good understanding of industrial doors in order to identify faults / propose remedial works to existing doors in order to make operational / compliant.
• Identify plant / access requirements for undertaking work on site and communicate this in surveys.
• Work from price / parts list to price for service & repair work.

The Skills And Experience You Need
We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience of working in a similar field based customer focused role ideally withing a similar industry
• Is technically minded and able to interpret architectural drawings,
• Has excellent written and oral communication skills
• Has strong time management and ownership skills
• Thrives in providing a high class services through strong relationship building and delivery
