Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Support Supervisor & Care Coordinator based in Rotherham. The role involves overseeing the delivery of high-quality care services, supervising support teams, and ensuring compliance with care plans and guidelines. Responsibilities include conducting staff training and assessments, managing schedules, and addressing client and team concerns. You will coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery tailored to the needs of individuals receiving support.

Qualifications

  • Ability to effectively lead teams and apply excellent Supervisory Skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills for decision-making and problem-solving
  • Outstanding Communication skills for interaction with PWS, staff, and other stakeholders
  • Computer literate and ability to use relevant software and tools
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure the satisfaction and well-being of PWS.
  • Flexibility, organizational skills, and time management capabilities
  • Experience in team leader or equivalent in the care sector is advantageous
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent) are desirable
  • Will hold a Full UK driving Licence and access to their own vehicle.
