Are you a visionary sales professional looking for a role as Head of Data Sales? Do you have significant experience in Financial Services and Property? We're looking for you to fill a high-impact role focused on building strategic relationships with C-suite executives across Tier 1 and Tier 2 lenders, mortgage providers, insurance firms, and financial institutions managing risk and stress testing.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and execute a go-to-market strategy targeting senior decision-makers in financial institutions
  • Drive commercial growth across asset management and mortgage services, with a focus on risk and stress calculation solutions
  • Build and nurture long-term partnerships that align with our values and deliver measurable impact
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure our offerings are built for scale and innovation
  • Represent the company at industry events, forums and executive briefings

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in high-level sales, ideally within financial services, fintech, or enterprise SaaS
  • Deep understanding of asset management, mortgage services, and financial risk frameworks
  • Strong network across Tier 1 and Tier 2 lenders, insurers, and financial institutions
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a track record of engaging C-suite stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with a bias for action and a passion for innovation

What's in it for you?
We have a pool table in the office, but that's not really what you're looking for, right?

Yes, you'll get holidays (25 days plus bank holidays) and a pleasant office environment, with a nice breakout area, tea/coffee/water provided, and all that normal stuff you'd expect. There's a salary, naturally, between £70,000 and £100,000 pa OTE for this role depending on the skills and experience you'll be bringing, with the commission scheme element
uncapped
and related squarely to client revenues generated.

You also get to work with a good-natured, good-humoured team of marketers, data scientists, administrators, finance, sales and people-people.

There's a life outside of work and we encourage you to balance the two things, especially if you have commitments like a family and/or pets. For most of our staff we work on a hybrid system balancing time in our Milton Keynes office with working from home.
