The Role
As a Duty Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Booking guests in and explaining activities on offer.
- Delivering excellent customer service, ensuring every guest feels welcome and has a memorable experience.
- Running food and drink orders, taking accurate orders, and serving efficiently.
- Crafting cocktails and preparing drinks at the bar.
- Replenishing stock and maintaining activity and bar areas tidy and well-prepared.
- Supervising the floor and bar team, supporting, motivating, and training staff where needed.
- Acting as a key holder, opening and closing the venue safely and securely.
- Supporting management with ad-hoc tasks, reports, and day-to-day operations.
- Following all licensing, health, and safety procedures.
