, Blue Planet Networking is an IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) offering IT Support and IT consultancy services to all sized businesses, including onsite and remote support. We provide MSP services to any sector or market and can give advice on all aspects of our customers' computing systems – from maintaining current systems, installing new ones or migration/refresh to new services.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in IT and a strong desire to learn and grow. While previous experience is beneficial, it's not essential - we're more interested in your enthusiasm and willingness to develop.
In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience with a range of technologies and have the opportunity to learn specialist software that helps our clients operate efficiently. You'll be responsible for delivering IT support to our diverse client base across the East Midlands, ensuring their systems and infrastructure run smoothly.
As a Microsoft Partner, we're committed to providing exceptional service using advanced support tools and proactive management. You'll receive comprehensive on-the-job training and the opportunity to gain vendor accreditations to further enhance your skills and career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working within our support desk environment
- Logging and diagnosis of tickets
- Successful resolution of tickets
- Liaising with customers
- Infrastructure design and development
- Production of support documentation
- Onsite support
- Installation of new hardware/software onsite
