You will work with the Head of IT and support their entire IT estate - connectivity, desktop, servers, virtualisation, security, cloud and networking and manage small IT infrastructure projects, systems installations, and rollouts.

The ideal candidate
We're looking for a smart person with good energy levels and a willingness to learn fast. We want to find an IT Support Engineer that is not afraid to go away and work things out, and find solutions.
We need an IT Support Engineer who can think on their feet, build good relationships with users and assist in running projects and is calm and methodical.

- Min of 24 months years experience working in IT Support
- Willing to work Coalville - 10 minutes of M1
- You have experience of service desk and/or IT Support
- You'll have some server-side experience and know your way around Active Directory
- You'll have some basic knowledge of networking and connectivity
- You'll understand the basic principles behind cloud computing
- You'll have experience supporting Windows 10 and Office 365
