Our client, a major SaaS organisation undergoing a large-scale digital transformation, is building a next-generation Connected Platform designed to become the core technology foundation for the business over the next decade. This is a true Greenfield initiative, unifying multiple enterprise systems into a single, scalable solution that will deliver unprecedented customer insight, operational clarity, and long-term strategic value.

They are seeking an experienced
Lead QA
to take ownership of quality, release assurance, and delivery governance across a complex multi-team engineering environment. This role is critical in ensuring that each release is predictable, aligned to roadmap milestones, and delivered with the highest standard of technical rigour.

What You'll Do

  • Own the release test plan end-to-end, ensuring repeatable and reliable delivery cycles
  • Lead and coordinate multi-team software delivery, ensuring frictionless integration and smooth go-lives
  • Define and implement test strategies that provide comprehensive coverage across multiple workstreams
  • Drive alignment across engineering, product, and cross-functional stakeholders, escalating barriers early
  • Champion automation-first practices and continuous improvement within the QA discipline
  • Provide clear, actionable feedback to development teams while keeping senior leadership informed
  • Mentor wider QA contributors, fostering a culture centred on quality, consistency, and accountability

Key Skills & Experience

  • Significant QA leadership experience across multi-team or large-scale product environments
  • Strong understanding of release management, CI/CD, and modern delivery pipelines
  • Excellent grounding in Agile methodologies, delivery cadence, and roadmap execution
  • Skilled in modern QA practices, risk management, and quality strategy
  • Desirable exposure to API testing, web technologies, databases, and complex system integrations
