This is an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant Early Help Team in the role of Family Hub Co-Ordinator. The post is working in one of the three Family Hubs.Â

The Family co-ordinator is based within our family hubs and will provide support and guidance to families, and they are the first point of contact.

You will be responsible for  supporting families with a wide range of queries including child development, administrative duties including database and spreadsheet maintenance, financial management and the delivery of Programs to support parents.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated and work with a range of families, and professionals to ensure a high-quality responsive service is in place.Â

Have the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve shared goals.

Good communication skills and be adaptable

Special requirements for this post

The successful candidate will hold a current DBS children and vulnerable adults

About you

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, dedicated and flexible person.

Work effectively within  the team

It is essential to have experience working with children and families and have excellent IT and admin skills

Most importantly, be  flexible in your working days/hours, be self-motivated, and ensure high quality delivery of projects/programs  are valuable skills in this role.
