We are looking for a Full-stack Team Leader to join our amazing and growing R&D department. You'll be someone experienced in leading technical teams, has hands-on Web development experience and experience of working in an agile environment.

Requirements
  • Strong and proven professional experience in full-stack development
  • Proven experience as a web application developer in a hands-on technical leadership position
  • Independent, responsible, with a true desire to make an impact
  • Passionate about software engineering and constantly expanding your knowledge
  • An expert in balancing the trade-offs between technical and product priorities
  • Enjoys working with and developing people
  • Driven by tough challenges, and producing reliable and scalable solutions
  • Enthusiastic about code quality, architecture, design, testing, and performance
  • People's person with strong communication skills

Preferred experience (one or more):

  • Web application development with React
  • Backend development in
  • Cloud technologies: AWS, Docker, Serverless, etc.
  • BSc. Computer Science or similar/equivalent
