About the Role

My client is seeking a
Programme Manager
to oversee the end-to-end
Lead-to-Load (L2L)
process — managing the full customer journey from initial commitment through deployment and post-handover support.

You'll work closely with teams across
Sales, PMO, Infrastructure, and Operations
to ensure deployments meet customer deadlines and internal delivery targets. Acting as the link between commercial, delivery, and operational teams, you'll maintain visibility across the full lifecycle, track risks, manage dependencies, and provide leadership with clear progress updates.

Key Responsibilities


• Own the full
Lead-to-Load (L2L)
lifecycle for data centre deployments


• Align cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery


• Track milestones, dependencies, and risks, driving proactive mitigation


• Coordinate customer onboarding and handovers to Operations and Support


• Maintain awareness of data centre capacity and support resource planning


• Lead programme reviews and provide regular updates to leadership


• Develop and manage dashboards or trackers for visibility and KPIs

About You


• 5+ years' experience in
programme or project management
within infrastructure, data centre, or large-scale delivery environments


• Proven record managing cross-functional programmes from initiation to handover


• Strong organisational and communication skills with stakeholder influence


• Experience managing risks, dependencies, and timelines in complex environments


• Commercially aware with customer-facing delivery experience


• Skilled in project management tools (Asana, Jira, Wrike) and reporting tools (Sheets, Power BI)

Nice to Have


• Experience in
data centre operations, capacity planning
, or
cloud infrastructure


• Familiarity with CRM and planning systems (HubSpot, Wrike, or similar)
