Central Purpose
A receptionist / administrator will be required to support fee-earners and other administrative staff so as to ensure the safe and smooth day to day running of LLM Liverpool Ltd .
It is expected that a receptionist / administrator will conduct their role accurately and efficiently, under the supervision of the Practice Manager (and the Directors of the Firm indirectly), so as to ensure all legally qualified personnel are able to utilise their time as constructively as possible to the advise and representation of the Clients of the Firm.
Key Tasks
To conduct general Telephone / Reception Duties
To exist as the first port of call for all incoming telephone calls to the Firm
To open and organise Client files on the Firm's Case Management System.
To provide general administration support as and when required.
To provide limited typing support to the Fee-Earners.
