As a Learning Disability Support Worker, you'll help individuals with profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD) and complex health needs live life to the fullest whether that's through sensory activities in our respite home or a walk on the beach.

This is more than a job. It's about creating meaningful experiences, building trust, and supporting independence. If you're compassionate, reliable, and ready to learn, we'll give you all the training and support you need to succeed.

We are looking for 2 part time (16 hours) or 1 full time (37.5 hours) colleague to join our team.

Unfortunately, we cannot sponsor skilled workers.

What you'll do:

  • Provide person-centred care in a respite home.
  • Support with personal care, medication, and daily living skills.
  • Deliver therapeutic programmes and sensory activities, stories, massage, play.
  • Join in outings like shopping trips, woodland walks, or theme parks.
  • Keep accurate records and communicate effectively with your team.
  • Maintain a safe, clean environment.
