Receptionist

Part-Time Position (Saturdays only) - Medical Receptionist

We are keen to hear from talented and highly-motivated individuals to join the growing team as a Receptionist, working from our clinic in central Leeds.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a professional and friendly manner
  • Meet and greet patients and other visitors
  • Booking, scheduling and taking payments for appointments
  • Answering, screening and forwarding incoming calls
  • Update and maintain patient records
  • Liaise with other team members/professionals
  • Carry out general administrative duties
  • Adhere to confidentiality guidelines/protocols

  • Is dynamic and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • is a quick learner with the ability to multi-task
