Senior Account Manager

The Role
As a
Senior Account Manager
, you'll be the key link between our clients and internal teams — driving projects from concept to completion. You'll lead day-to-day client relationships, ensure the work meets expectations, and help shape strategy that delivers measurable results.
This role is ideal for someone with agency experience, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for creative work that connects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and nurture client relationships, acting as a trusted strategic partner.
- Oversee project delivery across multiple accounts, ensuring timelines, budgets, and briefs are met.
- Collaborate with internal creative, strategy, and production teams to bring ideas to life.
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts through proactive recommendations and insights.
- Support in developing proposals, scopes of work, and project documentation.
- Contribute to the strategic and creative process, ensuring client goals align with our work.
- Mentor Account Managers and Executives, helping them grow their client leadership skills.
Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of account management experience (agency or in-house creative team).
- Proven ability to manage campaigns or content projects end-to-end.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Confidence managing budgets, schedules, and stakeholders.
- A collaborative mindset, you're a team player who lifts others up.
- Passion for creativity, storytelling, and delivering impactful work.

What do we offer our team?
- 25 days annual leave, plus Bank Holidays, christmas shutdown, the day for your birthday
- Loyalty Holidays (accrue 1 extra day per anniversary year up to 5 extra days)

- Hybrid working (2 days in the office, three days from home)
- Flexi-hours, our full hours are 9-5:30, but core hours are 10-4:00, the remaining hours outside of this (if you're an early bird or night owl) are up to you to decide when to work
- Discretionary Bonus (this will be part fixed salary % and part flexi % based on performance metrics - all bonuses are subject to business performance)
