What You'll Do

As a
Trainee Business Manager
, you'll receive hands-on training across all core areas of the business while supporting campaign performance and team growth. Your responsibilities will include:


• Representing nationally recognised brands in face-to-face and event-based campaigns


• Supporting the daily operations of campaigns and office coordination


• Assisting with performance tracking, reporting, and business strategy


• Developing client relationships and managing brand engagement


• Learning team leadership through mentoring and shadowing senior managers


• Participating in structured coaching across communication, people management, and business leadership

This role is a structured development programme that prepares you for progression into
Junior Manager, Account Manager, and Business Manager
positions.
