Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in supply chain management, logistics, and warehouse supervision, with a strong focus on process improvement, inventory control, and operational efficiency. As Warehouse Manager, you will lead a team to ensure seamless warehouse distribution, shipping and receiving, and inventory management while maintaining safety standards and optimizing productivity.

Duties

  • Manage daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Lead and supervise warehouse staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and teamwork.
  • Enhance operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) for freight and distribution needs.
  • Utilize ERP systems to track inventory levels, and supply chain data for informed decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with GDP, safety regulations, warehouse management system standards, and industry best practices in logistics.
  • Training and management of staff.

Skills

  • Extensive experience in warehouse supervision with a strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation planning.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management principles including demand planning, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Demonstrated expertise in dispatching, fleet management, and shipping & receiving procedures.
  • Supervisory experience managing teams within a fast-paced warehouse environment with excellent leadership skills. Join our team as we drive operational excellence through innovative logistics solutions

Pay: £24,420.00-£36,000.00 per year
