At BaptistCare, we're passionate about creating workplaces where people thrive. We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our People team on permanent full-time position.
About the Role
You'll partner with leaders across our Northern NSW Residential and Retirement Living portfolio, providing expert HR support and driving workforce strategies that make a difference.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading complex case management and employee relations matters
- Supporting leaders with change, workforce planning, and capability building
- Driving initiatives that embed best practice HR and strengthen culture
You'll work independently with the backing of a collaborative national HR team and supportive subject matter experts.
About You
We're seeking an experienced HR professional who brings:
- Ability to influence and partner with leaders to deliver workforce outcomes
- Strength in case management, change initiatives, and coaching leaders
- Proven HR/ER experience in complex, unionised environments
- Relevant HR qualifications (or equivalent experience)
- Genuine alignment with BaptistCare's values
A current driver's licence and willingness to travel within the region are required.
