Salary
National:
£26,135 pro-rata
Greater London+ :
£27,915 pro-rata
The location of this role is National where we offer hybrid working, you will be based in one of our following offices and from home - Newcastle, York, Manchester, Birmingham, Swindon, Bristol, Portsmouth (Fort Cumberland) and Cambridge.

What you will be doing
As our National Projects Coordinator, you will contribute to the running of the Portfolio Development and Delivery (Portfolio) Department, which has responsibility for Historic England's Unified Portfolio and Delivery Pipeline, and for managing major portfolios, programmes and projects of organisational significance. Portfolio sits in the Business Improvement Group, a dynamic part of Historic England (HE) that ensures HE is an adaptable, fundable and sustainable organisation that delivers for heritage by facilitating joined up working, inspiring, challenging and equipping people, nurturing innovation and productivity, managing grant spend and growing income. This role involves working closely with Project and Programme Managers at all levels within Historic England to provide coordination of projects and support for programmes across the portfolio.
What we are looking for
• Experience of project coordination or support within projects or programmes.
• Excellent digital skills and confidence in using Microsoft 365 and other digital productivity tools such as Power BI.
• Excellent organisational, prioritisation and time management skills.
• Ability to assimilate, interpret and utilise data to support informed decision-making and improve efficiency.
