Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. This role is vital in creating memorable experiences and maintaining high standards of service.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly attitude.
  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
  • Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met.
  • Address guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints in a professional manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
  • Assist in training new staff members as needed.

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanour.
  • Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is advantageous but not essential.
  • A keen eye for detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Team player with a positive attitude towards collaboration and support.
