The Role:
As the Country Product Manager for the UK, you will be at the forefront of our company's expansion into this new market. Your mission:

- Develop and implement market entry strategies, identifying key growth opportunities.
- Provide on-the-ground insights into local market trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to adapt communication strategies for the UK audience.
- Prepare for scaling the UK team by establishing strong operational foundations.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of successful product management, preferably in a SaaS or tech-related field.
- Independent self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and a readiness to take on a "lonely" role initially.
- Excellent understanding of the UK market, with experience in electric vehicle charging systems being a significant plus.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet partners and customers, and occasionally to our headquarters in Dortmund.
Additional Information
- A purpose-driven company driving Europe's transition toward electric mobility
- Passionate colleagues with a hands-on mentality
- A safe and future-oriented workplace as part of the Kostal group
- Flexible working hours and location
- Great opportunities for career growth
Extras like gym or yoga class memberships, e-bike subscriptions, etc
Why join vaylens?

Joining us means being part of a fast-growing, mission-driven company where you can have a tangible impact on how businesses manage and operate EV charging networks.
