The role

As part of our in-house Marketing and Communications Team (MarrComm), you will call existing AWIP supporters who have already donated and speak with them about upgrading to a monthly regular gift.

This is not cold calling — all calls are warm:

  • Thank-you calls to recent donors
  • Upgrade calls to encourage ongoing support
  • Occasional upgrade calls to existing regular givers

You'll receive full training on our campaigns, systems, and approach. You'll use our online dialler and fundraising platform to make calls and process donations confidently and accurately.
