Shoreditch House...
Located in East London's historic Tea Building, Shoreditch House is an established fixture on the area's creative scene. Highlights include a gym and rooftop pool, both with panoramic views across the city. Spread over the fifth and sixth floor, the house also has 26 bedrooms, a Cowshed Spa, two restaurants and a daily programme of events. The Members' restaurant on the fifth floor serves an all-day club menu, while the rooftop Japanese restaurant, Pen Yen, is the destination for sushi, sashimi and dishes from the robata grill. The back-deck dining space, also on the rooftop, is the new home for Maya, a Mexican inspired dining concept bringing coastal Baja Mexican cuisine to the Shoreditch rooftop space
The Role…
We are currently in search of an enthusiastic and highly organised Operations Assistant to provide day to day support to the Operations and Logistics Department at Soho Home. This is a varied role completing administration requirements for the whole department. There will be an opportunity to be assist with the openings of new Houses, new Studios, Photo shoots and with warehouse transfers. We work in a fast-paced environment where every day is different. There will be opportunities to develop and grow with the team.
Main Duties…
Reviewing and tracking freight and warehouse invoicesRunning weekly numbers for business reportingCompletion of internal trackers, escalating any issues that arise to the relevant stakeholders Arranging deliveries with support from the wider team
Reviewing daily manifests; flagging and resolving issuesAssisting with House openings/studio openings/warehouse movesCompiling shipping documents and distributing these to partners, monitoring status of all documentation, escalating issues when neededCompleting customs clearance forms in a timely manner
What We Are Looking For...
Experience in a luxury hospitality environment
A proven interest in Operations & LogisticsEnthusiastic, positive, can-do attitudeEye for detailClear & effective verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook

Sun – Tues – 7:30am – 12am
Wednesday – 7:30am – 1am
Thurs – Sat – 7:30am – 3am
