Job Description: Operations Assistant – Patient Triage Team

Are you detail-oriented, focused, and passionate about making a difference in private healthcare? We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that patients receive the care they need, while adhering to strict regulatory standards.

As an Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for conducting patient triage through our bespoke online software and determining eligibility for our services under strict guidelines. Comprehensive training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity to become an expert in the field of patient triage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Triage: Evaluate patient information through our custom software, determining eligibility under strict regulations and guidance.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure all patient data is reviewed meticulously, identifying any inconsistencies or areas requiring clarification.
  • Research: Confidently and independently research guidelines or escalate queries where appropriate to ensure accurate decisions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to resolve patient queries and maintain smooth workflows.
  • Organisation: Prioritise tasks effectively and manage a high volume of cases with a methodical approach.
  • Compliance: Uphold strict confidentiality and adhere to all regulatory and organisational standards.
